Centrifugal disc finishing machines

For rapid metal removal from parts such as forgings, extrusions and castings, the Turbopol centrifugal system has few rivals.
Vibrochimica’s centrifugal Turbopol machines are manufactured in three sizes. The SC 70 (70 lts. capacity), the SC 150 (150 lts. capacity) and the SC 250 (250 lts. capacity).
The SC model can be supplied with or without an automatic discharge and separation.
The SCA model comes with integral separation and tilt action unload/reload of media and components.
The tilting action can be manual or automatic (by a gear motor).
The Turbopol machines are designed for optimum disc and chamber life with up to 50mm. thickness of polyurethane in the high wear areas.
These machines can be easily integrated in a double batch fully automatic systems - single or double – with automatic reload of the chips and automatic separation.
The Turbopol machine may also be used as a high speed polishing machine suitable for metal and plastic parts.
