Our effluent treatment plants type “CA” have been designed to provide the optimum treatment solution for the waste from vibratory finishing machines.
The installations are manufactured in 4 different capacities, from 500 to 3000 lts./hour.
The waste water resulting from various industrial working processes is pumped into the tank of the installation. When the tank is full, a screw conveyor adds the flocculation powder to the water. After that, the reaction of the waste water/flocculation powder is carried out by a mixer, so that the dispersed
(oil drops, polluted matters) and dissolved noxious matters (surfactants), become settable sludge by means of flocculation and absorption processes.
After flocculation the sludge/water mixture is pumped onto the belt filter.
This sludge is partly dewatered in the belt dewatering phase and carried into a sludge container.
The filtrate flows into a tank for recycling or to the sewage system.
The disposal of the waste sludge will be subject to the regulations and laws of the country in which the process takes place.




The waste water centrifugal installation MC 1000, with capacity of treatment up to 1000 liters per hour of water to clean, is the suitable solution for the effluents coming from the vibratory finishing machines, especially after process with ceramic or polyester chips.
The centrifugal process is a sedimentation process where the residues of the metal and of the media are removed from the effluents with a force (centrifugal force) that is 2000 times higher than the gravity on earth.
Therefore also very fine particles can be separated which would not be possible during a static sedimentation.
The MC 1000 installation is complete with: CF 10 centrifuge; 1 tank for the water to clean made of PP, volume 280 l, with level switch, stainless steel stirrer and feeding double diaphgram pump for the centrifuge;1 tank for the cleaned water made of PP, volume 100 l, with level switch and double diaphgram pump for the processing water.
All is controlled by a panel with relay control for operation of the centrifuge, standstill control for the drive motor, switches for the two pumps (with the possibility to adjust the water flow rate).
